Benjamin Gaines III represents the third generation of a family deeply rooted in hotel and hospitality furniture craftsmanship. His grandfather, Benjamin Gaines I, founded Gaines Manufacturing from his garage in the 1960s. Under his leadership, the company became a trusted partner to hospitality pioneer Kemmons Wilson, manufacturing every sofa, chair, and bar stool for Holiday Inn hotels worldwide—from Memphis, Tennessee, to Memphis, Egypt.

Building on this legacy, Benjamin Gaines II expanded into residential and innovative “resimercial” markets in the 2000s through New Generations Manufacturing.
