Ben Gaines I founded Gaines Manufacturing out of his garage with a hands-on approach to building quality furniture. Partnership & Global Reach
The company partnered with hospitality pioneer Kemmons Wilson to manufacture furniture for Holiday Inn properties worldwide. From sofas and lounge chairs to bar stools and banquet seating, Gaines products found their way into hotels "from Memphis, Tennessee to Memphis, Egypt." This era cemented the Gaines name as synonymous with large-scale hospitality furnishing.
